our vision: let ideas roam free

Humans have always attempted to control their environment – to make their surroundings safe and comfortable. However, since the industrial revolution our activities have begun to have a global effect. The increase in our population, and in our energy requirements, has given rise to a number of serious environmental problems - such as pollution of air and water, habitat destruction and global warming.

These problems may ultimately threaten the lifestyles of future generations - our children and our children's children. We have to act now to change the way we interact with our planet. We have to become protectors, not exploiters.

Fujita Research aims to play a part in this vision - through promoting the use of innovative environmentally-friendly technologies in construction and urban planning.

In concrete terms, this means the efficient utilization of energy (and development of renewable energy sources), reduction of the amount of waste and toxic sustances generated, and implementation of construction projects in an appropriate and planned manner to minimize their impact on the environment.

We're always interested in hearing about new technologies, please contact us.
